Eligibility: The “Unlock to WIN Contest” (the “Contest”) is only open to residents of Ontario, who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must provide parental consent to claim a prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contest is not open to employees, representatives, or agents of STRATFORD MALL (the “Contest Sponsor”), any retailer located in Stratford Mall or the Contest Sponsor’s advertising and promotional agencies, and all persons with whom any of the foregoing individuals are domiciled or members of their respective immediate families (individually and collectively the “Contest Parties”).

By entering the Contest, each entrant is deemed to have accepted the rules set out below (the “Contest Rules”), which are subject to change without notice, and automatically releases the Contest Sponsor and all their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and successors (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, the selection of the draw winners and the administration of the Contest.

ENTRY

In order to enter the Contest, entrants must visit the contest entry microsite on the Stratford Mall website and complete the form within the online contest period, which is August 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET to August 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Users are permitted one online entry per day.

After each eligible online entry, the entrant will receive a unique locker combo by email. The locker combo may be redeemed one time only at the Stratford Mall in-mall kiosk until August 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Each redeemed locker combo will award bonus grand prize entries, and some redeemed locker combos will also award a physical prize.

To obtain one entry by mail, the entrant must write out the entrant's first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, province and postal code on a sheet of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) to: Stratford Mall, 1067 Ontario Street, Stratford, Ontario, N5A 6W6, Attention: Mall Management. All mailed entries will be considered to be received for the purposes of the Contest when the entry is actually received by the Contest Sponsor according to its records. All mailed entries will not constitute consent to receipt of marketing emails from the Contest Sponsor, which may include event invitations, special promotions and other important updates, unless the mailed entry clearly provides for such consent.

Winner agrees to allow the Contest Sponsor's use of the winners' individual name and photo of the individual for contest and other promotions.

CONTEST DATES

The online entry portion of the Contest starts at 10:00 AM ET on August 11, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on August 28, 2026. Locker code redemption at the in-mall kiosk closes at 5:00 PM ET on August 30, 2026. In order for an entry to be eligible, it must be received during the applicable contest period. An entry or kiosk redemption will be rejected if it does not comply with these Contest Rules.

PRIZE

Grand prize: One (1) Ultimate Back-to-School Prize Pack, with an approximate retail value of $300 CAD, is available to be won. The grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries, including bonus entries awarded through kiosk redemption.

Kiosk prizes: Each redeemed locker code awards bonus grand prize entries in one of the following amounts: 5x, 10x, 25x, or 50x. A total of forty-five (45) physical kiosk prizes are also available to be won, each with an approximate retail value ranging from $5 to $150 CAD. Prizes include back-to-school supplies, backpacks, lunch bags and technology accessories, with featured items such as a wireless all-in-one printer, wireless earbuds, a calculator and one complimentary loaf of COBS Bread per week for four weeks. Specific prize models, colours and contents may vary, and all prize values are approximate.

WINNER

One (1) winner will be chosen via random electronic draw at 10:00 AM ET on August 31, 2026 from all eligible entries, including any bonus entries awarded through kiosk redemption. The winner will be contacted via email.

PRIZE REDEMPTION

To be declared the grand prize winner and receive the prize, all potential winners must successfully complete the requirements of the Contest as set out in these Contest Rules and claim the prize within the time period specified by the Contest Sponsor. Kiosk prize winners may be required to show their prize claim email at the Stratford Mall Administrative Office in order to claim any physical kiosk prize. If the office is closed, winners must email management@stratfordmall.ca to arrange prize pickup before coming to the mall.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged (including for cash) or combined or used in concert with another contest or another offer. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising the Contest, or any late entries. The odds of winning the Contest will depend on the number of entrants into the contest. To be declared the contest winner, the winner of the draw may be required to answer a skill testing question. There is no particular regional allocation of the prize, it will depend on where the winner is located.

By entering the Contest, entrants release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and Instagram, and each of their affiliates and related legal entities and each of their respective officers, directors, agents (including their advertising and promotional agencies), representatives and successors and assigns from any liability directly or indirectly arising in connection with the Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period, a declaration of compliance with the Contest Rules and a full liability and publicity release.

This Contest will be run in accordance with these Contest Rules, subject to amendment or cancellation by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Contestants must comply with these Contest Rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the Contest Rules by participation in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these Contest Rules, are not subject to amendment or counteroffer, except as set out herein. Any dispute relating to the Contest (including, without limitation, a dispute as to whether an entrant has complied with the Contest Rules) shall be resolved by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor shall be final and binding.

The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet, postal delays, any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any e-mail or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages fully permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

By entering the Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Sponsor, and its agents and representatives, storing, sharing and using personal information submitted in connection with the Contest for the purpose of administering the Contest.
